Help please???

What's wrong in these pictures. . . I couldn't figure out how to take them. . . but I loved the look of my gumball machine with the Kissables in it.

Hopefully soon I will have some little guys (or gals) to fill up this thing! Walmart is getting all rearranged so I didn't get to get any tonight. But I decided I could get the bowl anyway because then I could let the water sit out and have all the fun chemicals evaporate before I introduce little fishies to the water!

I was just having fun taking pictures cuz I don't get to do it much any more! So yeah. . . these are just in the kitchen!

Stomache problems and loneliness

So the past few days I've been having some stomach issues which is fine because at least they've been after school, but they are still a little annoying. Ok so I admit it. . . a lot annoying. Also I've been experiencing loneliness. I think honestly I'd be even a little more content if I just had a goldfish or something. Do you think it's something I should ask my landlord about? I know I can't have a cat or dog or anything but what about at fish? I think it should be fine. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Moved in and Freaking out

So I moved in to my new place about 2.5 weeks ago. I haven't done laundry yet, my mom just brought me a ton of dishes and I have ones to wash from yesterday. And to top it all off I had a not so great day at school. My one first grader is a HANDFUL!!! Even the runaway boy was better than him today so it was interesting to say the least. And so what am I doing instead of what I should be doing. . . oh yeah, I'm blogging. I'm not the brightest one sometimes. But anyway I need to kick myself in the butt and get moving before I break down in tears. Thanks.

An update about housing

So my roommate and I found out that Conneaut, OH and Erie, PA are a bit further apart than we realized in the beginning and we will now be living on our own in our respective cities. I'm looking for a place in Erie right now. I have 4 appointments Friday to see apartments, most are in downtown on W 8th and W 9th Streets. My parents aren't exactly thrilled with the idea of me living downtown but, it's what I can afford. I also have friends that live pretty close to there so it won't be quite as bad either to get adjusted. I'm hoping though to move in by next Monday or Tuesday (if possible!) I know. . . I'm crazy right? I think so but it's just crazy because I start work in less than two weeks! Please keep me in your prayers friends!

I GOTS A JOB!!!

I am writing this note to let you know that I HAVE A JOB at Community Country Day School. I'm so excited. God definitely had His hand all over this one. I found out that this school does really awesome things, check out their website www.communitycountrydayschool.com. Anyway, they interviewed me on Wednesday and apparently it was a toss up between me and someone else. On Saturday I went to the garage sale my cooperating teacher was having and I got somethings. Then. . . the people that interviewed me went to the garage sale. They got to talking to my cooperating teacher and around 12:30 pm I was offered the job. Talk about divine intervention.

So I start August 19, 2008 and I'll be teaching a combined 1-3. I still need to find a place to live though so if you know of any places please let me know. Anyway, Liz and I are hoping to find a place in Girard to live in together. We are really hoping to find something soon and move in as soon as possible so please be praying about that!!! Thanks so much everyone for your prayers already. God really answers our prayers and blesses us abundantly.
